The Jebb Avenue Management Company Ltd (JAMC)<\/a> exists to manage affairs of <\/em> the Jebb Avenue estate – ensuring it is a safe and welcoming place to live. Incorporated in June 2000 JAMC is essential to maintain the freehold status of the properties on the estate. <\/em>
JAMC Ltd have engaged a managing agent, BlocNet, to deal with the company’s administrative tasks and ongoing maintenance and repairs of the estate’s grounds and buildings<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JAMC is run by a committee of unpaid volunteers, residents and owners, who have taken the responsibility for running and maintenance of the estate, and who care about making it a better place to live.\u00a0
Activities which the committee oversees on behalf of the estate and deals with through BlocNet or help from Lambeth Council are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
